At Arbre Café, we strive to deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which bookings and payments may be altered or refunded.
1. General Booking Cancellation
✅ For Table Reservations:
Cancellations made at least 4 hours prior to the reservation time will be honored without any charges. No-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours may lead to restriction of future reservations.
2. Event & Celebration Bookings
✅ Advance Payment Policy:
All event bookings (birthday, anniversary, pre-wedding, etc.) require an advance deposit, which may vary based on package and guest count.
❌ Cancellation Terms:
More than 72 hours before the event: 100% refund of the advance deposit. Between 24 to 72 hours before the event: 50% refund of the advance deposit. Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund will be issued, as preparations and resource allocations are already made.
3. Custom Décor Packages
Decor services once confirmed and customized are non-refundable. In case of weather-related issues (e.g., heavy rain), décor may be relocated or adjusted within the café premises. No refunds will be made for force majeure conditions.
4. Refund Process
All approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original mode of payment. For UPI or bank transfers, account details may be requested for processing.
5. Modifications & Rescheduling
Event rescheduling is permitted once, if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduled events must be held within 30 days of the original booking date.
